This project showcases an end-to-end AI-assisted pipeline for mobile game asset production, covering UI, icons, and 3D assets.
The UI presented here is a test screen created specifically to demonstrate the flexibility and scalability of this approach within a mobile game context. The goal was to simulate a real production scenario, where a full set of assets can be generated, refined, and assembled into a cohesive, game-ready system.
The entire workflow — from initial concept to final assets ready for implementation — was completed in approximately 16 hours. This includes generation of characters, icons, props, textures, and base 3D models, followed by manual refinement and optimization for real-time mobile use.
A core part of the pipeline is built around ComfyUI and custom node-based systems, enabling precise control over generation, iteration, and style consistency. Custom node graphs are used to manage prompts, references, and multi-stage processing, allowing predictable and repeatable results.
The pipeline combines these AI systems with traditional digital art tools such as Photoshop, ZBrush, and Substance Painter. AI outputs are treated as a starting point and are further refined, cleaned, and adapted to meet mobile production requirements.
Key focus areas:
– Consistent visual style across characters, UI, and icons
– Controlled generation using ComfyUI and node-based workflows
– Rapid iteration and scalability of asset production
– Integration into 3D pipelines (retopology, UVs, texturing)
– Optimization and production-ready polish for mobile platforms
This project demonstrates a practical approach to AI-assisted production for mobile games, where speed, control, and consistency are combined with real production constraints.
